Los Angeles Day 2

So we started Day 2 with another trek through Runyon Canyon. This time
we took a different trail up and down. The trip up wasn’t nearly as steep but because of that, it took twice as long to get to the top. We also mixed in chin ups with this days exercise as if we weren’t exhausted enough..

After leaving the Cayon, we headed to Melrose to grab something to eat @ Urth Caffe.

The food was hot, fresh organic and appetizing!! We ran into “Kima” from The Wire @ Urth and exchanged the very foreign to me “Hi, how are you” from LA.

After a great workout and some good grub, we headed out to Sunset BLVD to THE FOXXHOLE to show support for our boy and JaguarRoundup.com supporter David Banner as he co-hosted the Sirius Radio show while Jaimie Foxx was out of town.

The show was hilarious because of the personalities and the inside jokes flying across the table that you really can’t visualize when you’re tuned in. DB went full spectrum through laughter and jokes, anger and disgust on social topics, a freestyle session and a moment of blush when asked who he’s been with in the industry. He dropped the AlumniRoundup and JaguarRoundup brand name a good 3 times and showed support for our cause on radio.. Good brother

After the show concluded, we headed back to the condo to grab a change of clothes and head to I-10West towards Santa Monica to catch Yoga Class @ Equinox Gym.

Yoga back to back days truly was not fun! my warrior poses and downward dogs were burning even more than the day before. I soaked my shirt in the next 10 minutes again! I was told by Tito that during the final rest I was actually snoring.. lol my body was weary!

All in all, another WONDERFUL Day in the City of angels, Tune in tomorrow for another edition.
