
Am I the only one that finds this a bit discriminatory, even from the point of view of the ethnic cook who’s been “Fighting” to get an opportunity to cook these items??
Black History month for me means a lot more than Fried Chicken and Cornbread. If “soulfood” was missing from the yearly menu, she should have fought to make it every thursday throughout the year, not in February!
