If you remember the post from ’09, my choice for Freshman of the year for ’09 was WALE. I gave it to him EARLY in the game with Kid Cudi running a CLOSE second. After the year was complete, I think Kid Cudi came up with more exposure, a more solid album and relevance going into the next year.

After looking at the choices for ’10, my pick is going to be Big Sean. With G.O.O.D music behind him, I think this Detroit representer will shine this year. If you haven’t heard of him, check out a couple tracks After the jump:
